Customized Products – Important Notice

All products offered by Piyush Enterprises are customized and created specifically for each customer after order confirmation. Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, the product cannot be resold, reused, or repurposed.

For this reason, returns, cancellations, or refunds are generally not accepted for customized products, except in specific cases outlined below.

No Returns or Refunds for the Following Reasons

Refunds or returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after placing an order
  • Incorrect information, text, or images provided by the customer
  • Spelling mistakes or design preferences approved at the time of order
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste or expectations
  • Minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences
  • Low-quality output caused by low-resolution images uploaded by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect address details or recipient unavailability

These situations are not considered defects or errors on the part of Piyush Enterprises.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following situations:

1. Damaged Product During Transit

If the product arrives physically damaged due to shipping or packaging issues.

2. Manufacturing Defect

If the product has a clear manufacturing defect that affects its usability or appearance.

3. Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive a product that does not match your confirmed order details.

In such cases, Piyush Enterprises may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

No cash refund will be issued if a replacement is successfully provided

Replacement products will follow the same customization details as the original order

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time is typically 7–10 business days
  • Transaction or gateway fees, if applicable, may not be refundable
  • Refunds will not be issued as cash or store credit unless explicitly stated

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Before Production

Orders may be cancelled only if the request is made before production begins.
Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.

Customers must contact us immediately after placing the order to request cancellation.

Order Cancellation After Production

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, regardless of reason.

Shipping-Related Issues

Piyush Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

All customized products sold by Piyush Enterprises are non-returnable by default, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized photo products
  • Custom-printed items
  • Products containing customer-provided images or text

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Piyush Enterprises first may result in account restrictions. We strongly encourage customers to reach out to our support team so issues can be resolved amicably.

Policy Abuse

Any attempt to misuse or abuse this policy—such as false claims, repeated disputes, or fraudulent activity—may result in refusal of service and permanent account suspension.
